Brand Account Lead Job Description Organizational Elements Title: Brand Account Lead Location: Delhi-NCR (mandatory) Overview & Purpose India On Track (IOT) is one of India’s leading sports management companies, which focuses on positively impacting the overall sports ecosystem. IOT works with various domestic and international partners, clients, and stakeholders to contribute to the growth and development of sports in the country as well as the development of various aspects within the sports ecosystem. This is achieved through improved implementation techniques, creation of bespoke properties and events as well as operational and strategic planning to help leverage existing platforms. IOT is looking to appoint a Brand Account Lead at the company. This position provides the unique opportunity to work directly with IOT’s clients to advise, build and assist in the overall sports marketing strategy and management of projects across a wide spectrum of the global sports industry. Suitable candidates must have the ability to professionally lead a client relationship, creating strategy and taking projects from concept to delivery as well as a deep interest in contributing to the growth of the Indian sports industry. Roles & Responsibilities Strategy & Planning Work with clients to drive their annual sports strategy across properties and assets, in line with the business objectives. Create diverse, fully integrated marketing activations across various mediums Project Management Lead the process of conceptualizing, management and roll-out of projects to help meet the client’s business objectives. Brand deliverables include project conceptualization, execution detailing, timeline management, budgeting, and reporting to the client’s and IOT’s teams. Account Management Serve as the primary point of contact for IOT’s Brand strategic clients, clients’ external partners, and associates. Lead the account end-to-end, including finance, compliance, process, etc. Manage all Brand, client, vendors, and agency relationships Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s Degree 4+ years of work experience in the sports industry Account and project leadership experience Core Competencies Excellent integrated thinker and tactician who can work across a variety of platforms and teams Varied experience of working with multiple teams, agencies, vendors, and partners Experience in leading projects from end to end, from concept to delivery Strong relationships in the sports industry Understanding of the dynamics of global & domestic sports industry partnerships Expert grasp of Microsoft Office programs: Word, Excel, PowerPoint (mandatory) Knowledge of basic economics, budgeting, and accounting principles & practices Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational management skills Highly responsible and ready to take ownership of Brand accounts
