Job Type:Full-timeAbout the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and results-drivenSales Managerto lead enterprise product sales for our on-premises solutions, through our distributor.The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in enterprise B2B sales, a consultative selling approach, and a proven track record in managing customer relationships and closing high-value deals. This is a customer-facing role based inDelhi NCR .As Mitel business is focused through its channels / business partners, while the Sales Manager will be directly responsible for developing and driving business opportunities, the execution and delivery will involve close association with channel partners.Key Responsibilities: Drive sales of on-premises UC & critical communication solutions to large and mid-sized businesses. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers and key stakeholders. Work closely with Presales to understand customer needs and align solutions to business outcomes. Prepare accurate forecasts and deliver against sales targets. Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities. Work closely with business partners to drive business growth.Key Requirements: Minimum10 years of experiencein enterprise solution sales, preferably with a focus on on-premises technologies. Proven experience in handlingcustomer-facing rolesand closing complex sales. Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and navigate large enterprise accounts. Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce and sales reporting. Knowledge on IP Telephony, UC, Contact Centre , Critical communication solutions will be added advantage. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in theIT/Telecom/Technologysector is a plus.
