This pivotal role will serve as the primary relationship lead for our brand partners, driving their success from onboarding through to sales performance and growth.If you have experience working with vendors on leading e-commerce platforms, thrive in relationship-driven roles, and are passionate about helping brands scale, this is your opportunity to join a fast-growing marketplace.Key Responsibilities: • Serve as the key relationship manager and trusted advisor to our partner vendors • Manage the full vendor lifecycle — onboarding, education, performance tracking, and strategic growth • Track and optimize key metrics such as commission rates, sell-through rates, and vendor contribution to revenue • Build long-term relationships that foster loyalty and mutual growth • Partner with internal teams to ensure a seamless vendor experience across all touchpoints • Drive data-informed recommendations to improve vendor outcomes and marketplace performance • Proactively resolve issues and ensure vendors receive exceptional supportWhat We’re Looking For: • 2-4+ years’ experience in vendor account management at a top-tier e-commerce marketplace • Demonstrated success in driving vendor growth and improving marketplace metrics • Strong commercial acumen and relationship management skills • Data-driven mindset with an ability to translate insights into action • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environmentBonus: • Experience in the fashion & lifestyle category • Familiarity with leading marketplace platforms (Amazon, Myntra, Flipkart, Nykaa, Meesho, etc.)Why Join Us: • Work with some of the most exciting homegrown brands in the country • Be part of an ambitious and innovative marketplace team • Competitive compensation, growth opportunities, and a collaborative culture
