Role Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Wedding Client Service & Sales Representative to join our team. This role is a blend of relationship management, event planning, and front-end sales. You will be responsible for converting leads into clients, understanding their wedding vision, and ensuring the delivery of exceptional experiences in line with FNP’s standards. Key Responsibilities: Client Engagement & Relationship Management Act as the primary liaison between clients and the planning team from onboarding to event execution. Build long-term, trust-based relationships with high-end clients. Conduct detailed discussions to understand the client’s wedding vision, cultural nuances, and expectations. Sales & Lead Conversion Handle inbound leads and conduct client meetings to pitch FNP’s wedding planning services. Prepare customized proposals, presentations, and quotations based on client needs. Follow up consistently to drive lead closure and meet sales targets. Maintain and update the sales pipeline and CRM system with accurate details. Event Planning & Coordination Coordinate with the internal planning, creative, and production teams to ensure timely execution of events. Liaise with luxury vendors including decorators, caterers, entertainment, photographers, etc. Ensure every detail of the wedding reflects the client’s vision and FNP’s quality standards. Budget & Proposal Management Help clients define realistic budgets and align services accordingly. Provide accurate cost estimates, track spending, and ensure profitability. On-Site Event Presence Supervise pre-wedding functions and the main event as the client representative. Troubleshoot real-time issues during events and manage guest and vendor interactions smoothly. Reporting & Communication Share timely updates and reports with internal stakeholders and clients. Gather feedback post-event for relationship continuity and future referrals. Desired Skills & Qualifications: 4–6 years of experience in client servicing and/or sales, preferably in weddings, luxury events, hospitality, or lifestyle services. Strong sales acumen with the ability to pitch creatively and close high-value deals. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail and aesthetics. Ability to manage high-pressure situations and tight deadlines. Willingness to travel for client meetings and destination events.
