We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Engineer to join our growing team and contribute to our success story.Job Summary:We are seeking a results-oriented Sales Engineer with a proven track record in the compressed air industry to join our team at a mid-level capacity. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical expertise to our clients across the Delhi NCR region. This role requires a deep understanding of compressed air systems and a passion for delivering effective solutions.Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and expand our customer base within the assigned territory.Identify and pursue new business opportunities in various industrial sectors.Conduct technical discussions and presentations to understand customer needs and propose suitable filtration and drying solutions.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key accounts, consultants, and OEMs.Prepare and deliver technical and commercial proposals, and negotiate contracts to close deals.Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education.Collaborate with the internal technical team to ensure optimal product application and customer satisfaction.Stay updated with market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies in the compressed air industry.Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in a technical sales role within the compressed air treatment industry.In-depth knowledge of compressed air systems, including filters, dryers (refrigerated and desiccant), and related accessories.Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.Self-motivated with a proactive approach and the ability to work independently.Willingness to travel extensively within the Delhi NCR region to meet clients and prospects.Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.What We Offer:A competitive salary and incentive plan.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.A collaborative and supportive work environment.The chance to represent a leading brand in the compressed air industry.How to Apply:Interested and qualified candidates are invited to share their updated resume and a cover letter detailing their relevant experience to sanjeevjuneja@ with the subject line "Application for Sales Engineer - Delhi NCR".Join Filtration Technik Pvt.
