Boutique & Affiliate Onboarding & Sales ManagerLocation: Lajpat Nagar, Delhi | Type: Full-Time | Seniority: Core Team MemberOverview: You will spearhead our upcoming lifestyle portal’s boutique, reseller, and affiliate acquisition via WhatsApp and direct outreach. Your mission is to drive sales from day one and transform new sign-ups into high-value, long-term commercial relationships. A strong foundation in the ladies garments industry is highly valued, as this insight will help you tailor our offerings and communication to the market.Key Responsibilities:High-Volume Outreach:Execute structured, high-volume WhatsApp outreach to connect with Pan-India boutiques, resellers, and ladies garment sellers using segmented data.Persuasive Presentation & Conversion:Present our lifestyle portal’s catalog and pricing model clearly and persuasively.Convert leads into confirmed first purchase orders and guide new partners into active seller/reseller status.Objection Handling & Relationship Building:Address objections, explain benefits, and build trust through timely, consistent follow-ups and communication.Develop strong, long-term relationships with partners through personalized interactions.Data & Funnel Management:Maintain and update lead tracking sheets and onboarding funnels, ensuring data accuracy and actionable insights.Prepare and continuously refine SOPs and onboarding flows to scale operations beyond individual handling.Team Collaboration:Coordinate with internal catalog, digital marketing, and creative teams to ensure boutique-specific and market-tailored requirements are met.Core Abilities Required:Communication & Sales Excellence:Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Hindi with basic workable English.Proven confidence and effectiveness in closing boutique and reseller sales via digital or personal communication channels.Digital Proficiency:Proficient in using WhatsApp Business, Google Sheets, CRM trackers, and similar tools.Industry & Sales Insight:Prior experience in fashion sales, ladies garment reselling, or partner/vendor coordination is preferred.Additional advantage for candidates with a background in affiliate marketing, including development, onboarding, and retention strategies.Growth Path: Future Role: Regional Onboarding Lead / Head of Sales PartnershipWhat We're Looking For: If you thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment and have a knack for building relationships in the ladies garments market, we want you on our core team.
