Role: Regional Sales Manager Experience: 8-10 Yrs Location: Hyderabad, Delhi Key Job Responsibilities:Industry Expertise : Develop and maintain deep knowledge of market trends, regulatory changes, sustainability initiatives, and key challenges facing companies in renewables, and utilities. Strategic Planning : Formulate and execute a comprehensive strategy to drive market share and revenue growth within the energy vertical. Business Development : Identify and pursue new business opportunities by developing relationships with key accounts, system integrator, end customers and channel partners at specific regional level. Client Relationship Management : Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact and providing expert advice and solutions to their business challenges. Market Analysis : Conduct regular market research to stay ahead of industry trends, competitive activity, and regulatory changes, and provide insights and recommendations for product and service enhancements. Revenue Growth : Meet or exceed revenue and profitability targets by developing and executing a robust pipeline of opportunities for respective regions. Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with sales, marketing, and product development teams to ensure alignment on go-to-market strategies and client solutions. Competitive Analysis : Monitor and analyse competitor activities, identifying potential threats, opportunities and adjusting strategies accordingly. Reporting & Forecasting : Provide regular reports on regional sales performance, including sales forecasts, client feedback and market trends to senior leadership. New prospect:Finding out new prospect for business growth. Product approval- working with end customers, system integrator and key accounts to get our products approvals & working closely with end Customer visits– Regular visits to existing prospect & finding out new prospects at regional level as per business requirement.
