Job Title:Sales & Marketing Executive – Strategic Field & Digital OperationsCompany:CHIRAG TECHNOLOGIES A high-impact, fast-growing technology startup building scalable products in AgriTech, Rural Enablement, Digital Health, and AI-powered Marketplaces.Location:Hybrid – Remote + On-site (Delhi NCR & surrounding regions: Haryana, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand, Punjab, Rajasthan)About the Role:We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Sales & Marketing Executive to join our core team and drive both strategic and on-ground execution across all product verticals under the CHIRAG TECHNOLOGIES umbrella.This is a hybrid leadership-cum-execution role where you’ll work directly with founders to lead campaigns, drive B2B partnerships, and manage field & content teams.Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy & B2B Outreach Lead B2B sales initiatives for platforms like BID.ai, CHIRAG CONNECT, CHIRAG CONNECT.AI, and Apna Health Khaata Identify and acquire vendors, partners, and collaborators across sectors: agri-inputs, real estate, drone tech, and healthcare Create lead pipelines, track conversions, and push high-value relationships to closureMarketing Leadership Build and execute marketing campaigns (offline + online) aligned with product growth targets Own weekly KPI and ROI tracking for all campaigns Coordinate with content creators, interns, field sales agents, and local partners to ensure executionField Operations & Regional Campaigns Manage on-ground activities across Delhi NCR and gradually expand to neighboring states Represent CHIRAG in community demos, district-level campaigns, and institutional events Guide and train new field executives as part of the outreach scale-upTeam Management Handle hiring, reporting, and task delegation for interns, freelancers, and contractors Maintain coordination across product, tech, and design teams to align marketing with product roadmapWho You Are:A motivated self-starter with strong ownership and bias for action Excellent communication and people management skills Comfortable juggling strategic planning and field execution Not afraid of targets — you thrive in fast-paced, KPI-driven environment Willing to travel locally/regionally as requiredEligibility:0–2 years experience in sales, marketing, or startup business roles Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Agriculture, or related field (MBA preferred, not mandatory) Proven field experience or B2B client handling is a plus Fluency in Hindi + English preferredCompensation:Competitive stipend/salary (performance-based) Travel and communication reimbursements Performance bonuses based on KPIs and sales traction PPO / Leadership Position Track (based on proven execution in 3–6 months)Why Join Us?Work directly with founders from IIIT and mentors from IITs, StartInUP, DST, and international organizations Become a founding-level team member driving real innovation in rural tech and precision AgriTech Learn how to scale products from 0 to 1, across rural, B2B, and digital-first domains Get unparalleled growth, mentorship, and exposure in a lean, high-performance teamApplication Instructions: Apply now with your resume and a short note about why you believe you're a fit for this role on hr.chiragtech@If shortlisted, you'll be invited for a strategy pitch round.
