Reporting to: VP/ Sales Head/ Country Manager. Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for sales and leadership? We’re looking for aSales Managerwho thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced global environment and is ready to drive growth, build relationships, and lead key initiatives across regions. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and execute strategic sales plans. Retain and grow business with key brand partner accounts. Act as a brand ambassador, building strong relationships with factories, agencies, and sourcing teams. Analyze sales metrics to ensure performance targets are met and strategic objectives are aligned. Travel domestically and internationally for meetings, trade shows, and partner engagements. You’ll Also: Lead cross-functional coordination between Sales, Product Development, and Customer Service teams. Host and entertain visiting brand teams, ensuring a top-tier experience. Manage and execute a regional business plan while reporting key outcomes. Drive innovation initiatives in collaboration with leadership and product teams. Who You Eligible: A graduate with a and MBA in Marketing. Fluent in English, with excellent communication and coordination skills. Strategic, proactive, independent—and a natural relationship builder. 10+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, managing turnover and targeting competitive clients. Strong team leader with a collaborative and results-driven mindset. Proficient in acquiring new clients and B2B sales.
