Catering to a diverse clientele including small to large enterprises across various sectors, MNS has a dynamic workforce of >150 employees, driving its vision of delivering comprehensive credit management solutions globally.We are seeking a proactive, experienced and client-orientedKey Account Manager/ Client Relationship Managerto join our team, focusing on managing relationships with trade insurance clients (brokers, insurance companies, fintechs, etc). This role is central to maintaining and expanding client engagements in areas including business information services and debt recovery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in account management and knowledge of trade credit, with a proven ability tounderstand client needs, gather feedback, and drive account growththrough effective farming and upselling strategies.Key Responsibilities Client Relationship Management : Act as the primary point of contact for trade credit industry clients, ensuring all client needs and requirements are met, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. Account Growth & Farming:Run quarterly joint‑business reviews to analyze hit‑rates, indemnity ratios and wallet‑share; identify upsell paths into MNS’s portfolio‑monitoring dashboards and post‑claim collections. New Deal Origination:Design and execute ABM‑style campaigns along with Marketing teams (webinars, co‑branded white-papers, LinkedIn outreach) that generate ≥ 50 qualified prospects each quarter. Market & Regulatory Intelligence:Be up to date with IRDAI circulars, RBI/TReDS updates, default trends in B2B BNPL/SCF and global trade‑credit insights. Reporting & Analytics:Maintain an opportunity pipeline in CRM, tracking premium written, exposure covered, average days‑to‑bind and cross‑sell revenue; deliver monthly commentary to senior management.Qualifications Education:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance or related field; MBA or master’s is a plus. Experience:4‑7 years in trade‑credit insurance, supply‑chain finance or receivables‑financing—preferably within a broker, insurer, bank or SCF fintech, with demonstrable revenue‑origination and renewal success. Knowledge:Solid grasp of broker commission structures, policy wordings (whole‑turnover, excess‑of‑loss, single‑risk), IRDAI regulations and TReDS mechanics. Skills:Advanced negotiation, presentation and stakeholder‑management capabilities; data‑driven mindset with proficiency in CRM, underwriting MI and portfolio analytics. Mobility:Willingness to travel pan‑India (~30 %) for broker reviews, client meetings and industry events.This position involves a combination of office-based work and external meetings, with opportunities for travel to client sites and industry events. The role is suited to a dynamic, results-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced and evolving business landscape.
