Position: Store Manager – Minizmo (Men’s Apparel Brand)The store manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end store operations at Minizmo, a premium men’s apparel brand. The role includes driving sales performance, leading and developing the store team, ensuring superior customer experience, and maintaining brand standards across all store functions.Key Responsibilities:* Oversee day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning* Drive sales, achieve monthly targets, and improve store profitability* Lead, motivate, and train the store team on sales and product knowledge* Deliver excellent customer service aligned with Minizmo's brand values* Manage inventory, billing accuracy, visual merchandising, and SOP compliance* Ensure proper grooming, discipline, and performance of store staffRequirements:* Minimum 7+ years of experience in retail store management (men’s apparel preferred)* Strong leadership, sales acumen, and communication skills* Experience in premium or fashion retail will be added advantage* Immediate joiner preferredLocation: Delhi NCRContact: | 7982858534
