The Senior Merchandiser will oversee the end-to-end process of garment production, including vendor selection, production coordination, quality assurance, and on-time order fulfillment. The role requires frequent communication and collaboration with clients to understand their specific needs and provide tailored solutions. Additionally, the Senior Merchandiser will monitor market trends to ensure product offerings align with current industry demands and brand requirements.QualificationsProven knowledge and expertise in merchandising processes.Worked with EU or UK brands, with over 10 years experience.Strong Communication and Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.Experience in Sales and Marketing, with the ability to identify market trends and align product strategies accordingly.Exceptional organizational and problem-solving skills, with a focus on quality assurance and compliance.Proficiency in coordinating large-scale production and managing supply chain operations.Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising.Familiarity with global apparel standards and regulations for EU and UK.
