The ideal candidate will have a strong background in premium to luxury fashion or lifestyle retail, with proven expertise in managing multiple Exclusive Brand Outlets (EBOs) and delivering exceptional customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end retail operations across multiple EBOs in GurugramDrive store performance, revenue growth, and profitabilityDevelop and implement retail SOPs aligned with premium/luxury brand standardsEnsure superior in-store customer experience and brand storytellingMonitor and optimize key retail KPIs: sales productivity, conversion, ATV, footfall, etc.Manage store teams, including hiring, training, performance management, and retentionCollaborate with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams for seamless operationsOversee visual merchandising execution to maintain luxury brand aestheticsEnsure compliance with operational, audit, and inventory controlsIdentify expansion opportunities and support new store launchesIdeal Candidate Profile10–15+ years of experience in premium to luxury retail (fashion/lifestyle/home décor)Proven experience in managing multiple EBOs (cluster/region level)Strong exposure to the Gurugram retail marketDemonstrated success in driving high-value retail sales and customer engagementStrong leadership and team management capabilitiesExcellent understanding of luxury customer behavior and service excellenceData-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsPreferred BackgroundExperience with premium/luxury fashion brands transitioning into lifestyle or home décor is highly desirableExposure to high street and mall-based retail formatsMBA or equivalent qualification preferred
