Job Description:
The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations, delivering exceptional client experiences, and driving sales performance. This role requires a strong understanding of bridal and couture fashion, attention to detail, and the ability to manage both team coordination and high-value client interactions.Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Client Experience • Assist in achieving monthly and annual sales targets • Provide personalized styling consultations for bridal and couture clients • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients • Ensure an exceptional in-store experience aligned with brand standards2. Store Operations • Oversee day-to-day store functioning • Ensure visual merchandising and store presentation are maintained at luxury standards • Manage trial schedules, fittings, and delivery timelines • Handle client queries, escalations, and after-sales service3. Team Management • Support in supervising, training, and motivating store staff • Assist in staff scheduling and attendance tracking • Ensure team adherence to grooming, etiquette, and service standards4. Inventory & Order Management • Monitor stock levels and coordinate with production/design teams • Track custom orders, alterations, and delivery commitments • Ensure accurate billing, order documentation, and CRM updates5.
