Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Retail Merchandiser based in Delhi, India. The Retail Merchandiser will be responsible for managing store merchandise, maintaining display aesthetics, and ensuring that products are well-stocked and displayed strategically to maximize sales. The role also involves coordinating with suppliers, providing excellent customer service, and assisting with retail operations and sales activities. Collaboration with the sales and marketing teams to improve product performance and customer satisfaction is also a key aspect of the role. Qualifications Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients and address their needs effectively.Experience in Retail and Sales with a proven ability to achieve targets and maintain inventory standards.Knowledge of Sales & Marketing strategies and their application to maximize revenue and customer reach.A team-player mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.Interest in or experience with fashion and styling is advantageous.Flexibility to work in a fast-paced retail environment with strong organizational and multitasking skills.Proficiency in basic computer applications and retail management systems is preferred.Bachelor's degree or relevant experience in retail, fashion, marketing, or a related field.
