Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Branch Manager/Area Sales Manager (ASM) for our North India operations. Based in Delhi with a hybrid work model (some work-from-home flexibility), this role involves overseeing regional sales performance, driving business development, and managing client relationships. Daily responsibilities include developing sales strategies, supervising sales teams, meeting revenue targets, building partnerships, and ensuring excellent customer service. Collaboration with internal departments to streamline operations and adhere to compliance requirements will also be key aspects of the role. QualificationsProficiency in Sales, Business Development, and Client Relationship ManagementSkills in Leadership, Team Management, and Strategic PlanningKnowledge of Financial Products, Tax & Compliance, and Wealth ManagementStrong Communication, Negotiation, and Networking SkillsAbility to analyze financial data and create actionable strategiesProven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve business targetsBachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferredPrior experience in financial services or managing regional sales within North India is a plus
