(SI), established in 2003, provides the following professional services -Retail store and warehouse audits for large retail brands across South India (Metro, Tier 2 and 3 cities)Virtual CFO advisory services to various industriesImplementation services for Zoho Books, Zoho Inventory, Zoho Payroll and Zoho POSBusiness advisory for growth, change and technology transformationSoft skills and compliance skills training on its online platformMore details are available on Role DescriptionThe Assistant Manager - Retail Store Audits is a Bangalore based full time position and has the following activities -Plan monthly and quarterly audit cycles with clientsRecruit, train and manage audit staff for inventory, store, warehouse and functional auditsLead audits on the field across various locations in South India (job will involve extensive travel as per audit schedules)Manage other teams through team leadersAnalyse audit findings, prepare audit report and conduct audit meetings with clients.Manage designated accounts for audit deliveryQualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills, with a focus on Customer SatisfactionProven ability in Team Management to foster collaborative and productive work environmentsExperience in Sales, with an understanding of retail operationsAnalytical and detail-oriented, with a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issuesAbility to effectively manage time and responsibilities in a fast-paced, dynamic environmentBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferredPrevious experience in retail audits or retail store operations is an advantageSalary Gross pay per month - Rs.35000 - 40000
