Floor Supervisor

Job Summary: The member is responsible for maintaining discipline within the classroom environment and overseeing allocated floor activities. They play a pivotal role in relaying daily academic and non-academic communications to faculty and students, ensuring smooth operation of class sessions, addressing concerns promptly, and facilitating effective communication between various stakeholders.Responsibilities: Class/Test Management/Technical: ● Arrive 30 minutes before class for testing in the morning once in a day. ● Ensure adherence to classroom rules and regulations ● Distribute study materials, etc. on time. ● Take attendance. ● Support test invigilation online and offline. ● Maintain discipline ● Provide support to faculty ● Perform checks on equipment ● Ensure timely updates of required software, folders, and assets. ● Video Editing if needed , Software handlingCommunication and Coordination: ● Coordinate issue resolution with respective stakeholders. ● Resolve/raise daily issues. ● Ensure proper microphone handling and audio/Video quality. ● Help and train new VDOs and ensure SOP adherence.Requirements: ● Graduated or equivalent. ● Strong organizational and communication skills. ● Technical proficiency in classroom equipment and software and Familiar with Computer ● Previous experience in the education sector is preferred. ● Should understand both English and Hindi languages. Profile Insights- ● The candidate should be familiar with computer system ● The candidate should know how to work on Microsoft Office (Word Excel,Powerpoint. etc) ● The candidate should understand English and Hindi ● The candidate should be motivated to learn and always ready to adapt. ● The candidate should possess critical, analytical, and innovative thinking skills. ● The candidate should have technical understanding. ● Freshers/Experienced are both welcome to apply. ● The candidate should have Graduated or Equivalent. ● Previous experience in the education sector is preferred. ● Candidates with strong computer and networking & Hardware skills will be preferred.
