Job Responsibilities:Responsible for the overall operations of Exclusive Brand Outlets under your controlResponsible for the Sales Performance of the outletsMerchandise Planning: Ensure that right stock is available at the right time at the right place by required analysis and planningAnalyze stocks & sales, prepare reports to perform betterEnsure that proper visual merchandising and high visual standards in both the storesPeople Management, train and motivate the team for performing the best and achieving the targetsCoordinate with the back end retail operations team for resolving the issues and for providing better supportResponsible for the implementation of Marketing and Brand promotion eventsSOPs Adherence: Making sure that SOPs laid out by the company are strictly adhered to in all the storesNew Processes roll out & implementation- Whenever a new process is rolled out throughout all the outlets, rolling out the same in the outlets & making sure it is being adhered to Key Skills & Competencies:Strong communication and interpersonal skillsProven team management and training abilitiesSound understanding of retail operations and inventory managementSales-driven mindset with strong analytical skillsKeen eye for visual merchandising and fashion trendsAbility to manage teams across multiple locations
