Job Description – Store ManagerLocation: Vegas Mall, DwarkaIndustry: Retail (Fashion/Apparel)Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced and dynamic Store Manager who will be responsible for managing the overall store operations, driving sales performance, leading the store team, and delivering an excellent customer experience while maintaining brand standards.Key Responsibilities (KRA)1. Store OperationsManage day-to-day store operations and ensure smooth functioning.Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and operational guidelines.Maintain store hygiene, safety, and overall store presentation.2. Sales & Business PerformanceDrive store sales and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Monitor store KPIs such as conversion, ATV, UPT, and footfall.Implement strategies to maximize store productivity and revenue.3. Team ManagementLead, motivate, and guide the store team to achieve performance goals.Conduct regular team briefings and performance reviews.Ensure proper staff grooming, discipline, and attendance.4. Customer ExperienceDeliver exceptional customer service and ensure high customer satisfaction.Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations professionally.Build strong relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty.5. Visual MerchandisingEnsure store displays and visual merchandising are maintained as per brand guidelines.Coordinate with the VM team for promotions, campaigns, and seasonal displays.6. Inventory & Stock ManagementMonitor stock levels, replenishment, and stock accuracy.Ensure proper stock management and minimize shrinkage or losses.Eligibility / RequirementsMinimum 3–6 years of experience in retail store management (Fashion/Apparel preferred).Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.Ability to analyze sales data and drive business performance.Graduate in any discipline (Retail/Management preferred).Key SkillsRetail Operations | Sales Management | Team Leadership | Customer Service | Visual Merchandising | Inventory Management | Retail KPIs
