About the Role:We are looking for a senior retail leader to own and grow the clinic product business across our clinics. We currently retail 40+ skincare, haircare, and wellness brands across different price points. This role exists to increase product sales, margins, and overall profitability-not by pushing, but by building strong systems, training teams, and improving patient buying experience. You will have P&L responsibility and the freedom to build strategies that work on the ground.Key Responsibilities:Set monthly and quarterly sales targets and ensure achievement Improve average bill value, conversion rates, and repeat purchases Track margins brand-wise and category-wise Decide right product mix for each clinic based on patient profile Launch in-clinic offers, bundles, and loyalty ideas (without cheap discounting) Work closely with doctors to align prescriptions with ethical retail sales Train doctors front desk, therapists, nurses, and counselors Build simple SOPs and scripts that teams can actually follow Conduct regular refresher and on-floor training Plan and execute in-clinic events, brand days, and demo sessions Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales numbers Share clear reports and action plans with leadershipWho We’re Looking For:Must Have 6-8 years (minimum) experience in retail sales leadership Experience handling multi-store / multi-location retail Strong exposure to beauty, skincare, pharma, wellness, or luxury retail Prior P&L handling (very important) Hands-on leader who enjoys being on the floor, not just in meetingsGood to Have Experience with clinics, salons, hospitals, or high-trust retail Strong training background Comfort working with doctors and medical teamsSkills That Matter Clear communicator Strong training and motivation skills Comfortable managing multiple brands and stakeholders Problem-solver who can work without micromanagementWhat You’ll Get: Direct impact on revenue and profitability Opportunity to build a scalable retail system Competitive compensation + performance-linked incentives
