Learn more at and follow us on Instagram at @sneakinn_laundry.⸻Responsibilities Responsibilities- -Attend to customers visiting the store for article drop-off and collection, ensuring a friendly and professional interaction. -Maintain store cleanliness and aesthetics, ensuring it meets Sneakinn’s high standards. -Manage inventory of stock, ensuring items are properly logged and available as needed. -Handle daily cash collection and prepare end-of-day financial summaries with accuracy. -Follow up with customers regarding the collection of completed orders. -Resolve customer concerns or grievances politely and confidently, ensuring customer satisfaction. -Stay in close communication with the backend operations team to ensure smooth processing of articles and resolve any logistical issues. -Maintain up-to-date records of transactions, stock, and customer interactions to ensure transparency and efficiency.Requirements- -Prior experience in retail, customer service, or a related role is preferred. -Strong verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage with customers confidently. -A polite, hospitable, and solution-oriented approach to customer service. -Basic understanding of managing cash transactions and maintaining financial records. -Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. -A proactive and positive attitude towards resolving customer issues and ensuring smooth store operationsIndustry: Consumer Services
