If you’re a fresher with fashion knowledge or someone ready to grow in sourcing, this role is for you!Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Development• Research market trends, competitor products, and price points• Plan new articles based on sales data and category performance• Coordinate with design team (or create basic tech inputs)Sourcing & Vendor Management• Identify and onboard fabric, trim, and garment vendors• Negotiate costing and ensure target margins• Develop samples and manage approvalsProduction & Execution• Plan production quantities based on demand• Track timelines from sampling to bulk dispatch• Ensure quality standards and minimize rejectionsCross-Functional Coordination• Work with sales, operations, and warehouse teams• Support smooth product launches and availabilityCandidate Profile• Education: Fashion Design / Textile / Apparel / Merchandising preferred• Strong understanding of fabrics, fits, and manufacturing basics• Good communication and follow-up skills• Excel / Google Sheets working knowledge• Willing to work on-ground with vendors and factoriesWhy Join Us• High ownership role with real decision-making power• Exposure to complete apparel business lifecycle• Fast growth environment with learning opportunities• Direct work with founders
