Learn more at and follow us on Instagram at @sneakinn_laundry.(CANDIDATE SHOULD BE FROM WEST DELHI OR SOUTH DELHI)Position: Retail Store ManagerSalary:- Up to 35k CTCSkills:- Excellent communication skills.Location: Delhi NCRJob Type: Full-Time Timings: 10 AM to 7 PM⸻Responsibilities Responsibilities--Attend to customers visiting the store for article drop-off and collection, ensuring a friendly and professional interaction.-Maintain store cleanliness and aesthetics, ensuring it meets Sneakinn’s high standards.-Manage inventory of stock, ensuring items are properly logged and available as needed.-Handle daily cash collection and prepare end-of-day financial summaries with accuracy.-Follow up with customers regarding the collection of completed orders.-Resolve customer concerns or grievances politely and confidently, ensuring customer satisfaction.-Stay in close communication with the backend operations team to ensure smooth processing of articles and resolve any logistical issues.-Maintain up-to-date records of transactions, stock, and customer interactions to ensure transparency and efficiency. Requirements--Prior experience in retail, customer service, or a related role is preferred.-Strong verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage with customers confidently.-A polite, hospitable, and solution-oriented approach to customer service.-Basic understanding of managing cash transactions and maintaining financial records.-Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.-A proactive and positive attitude towards resolving customer issues and ensuring smooth store operationsIndustry: Consumer Services
