Social Media Calendar (All Onboarded Brands)Create and manage a monthly social media calendar covering:Best sellersHot-selling SKUsNew collections & dropsFestive / occasion-led editsBalance brand visibility so all onboarded brands get fair exposureAlign calendar with launches, stock availability, and campaignsCoordinate with the marketing team for execution2. Brand & Product StorytellingDecide what product goes live where and whenHighlight:Best sellersHero productsNew arrivalsLimited stock piecesWrite clear content briefs for posts, banners, and collectionsEnsure storytelling matches VYLA’s premium tone3. Website Banners & Visual FlowOwn all site visuals, including:Homepage bannersCategory bannersOccasion & campaign bannersEnsure the site never looks outdatedCoordinate with designers using brand lookbooks and assetsMaintain consistency in:FontsLayout hierarchyVisual rhythm4. Brand Coordination & Asset ManagementCollect and manage:Brand lookbooksCampaign creativesProduct highlightsLaunch calendarsKeep a central repository of brand assetsFollow up with brands to ensure timely content sharing5.
