The role involves greeting and assisting customers who visit to drop off or collect their articles, maintaining a clean and organized store, and ensuring that the customer experience is smooth and professional. The Store Manager will manage stock inventory, handle daily cash transactions, and resolve any customer grievances confidently and amicably. Effective communication, a hospitable demeanor, and the ability to work in sync with backend teams are crucial for this role.Responsibilities: -Attend to customers visiting the store for article drop-off and collection, ensuring a friendly and professional interaction. -Maintain store cleanliness and aesthetics, ensuring it meets Sneakinn’s high standards. -Manage inventory of stock, ensuring items are properly logged and available as needed. -Handle daily cash collection and prepare end-of-day financial summaries with accuracy. -Follow up with customers regarding the collection of completed orders. -Resolve customer concerns or grievances politely and confidently, ensuring customer satisfaction. -Stay in close communication with the backend operations team to ensure smooth processing of articles and resolve any logistical issues. -Maintain up-to-date records of transactions, stock, and customer interactions to ensure transparency and efficiency.Qualifications: -Prior experience in retail, customer service, or a related role is preferred. -Strong verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage with customers confidently. -A polite, hospitable, and solution -oriented approach to customer service. -Basic understanding of managing cash transactions and maintaining financial records. -Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. -A proactive and positive attitude towards resolving customer issues and ensuring smooth store operations.Industry: Consumer Services
