Job Title: Ecommerce Visual MerchandiserCompany: MARS CosmeticsLocation: Delhi (in-office)Role SummaryOwn the visual presentation of MARS across e-commerce platforms to maximize conversion. You will plan and execute storefront, listing, and campaign visuals that are on-brand, trend-relevant, and performance-driven.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain high-conversion PDP visuals: image sequencing, infographics, shade charts, claim callouts, comparison panels.Design and refresh brand storefronts on marketplaces and DTC: banners, tiles, navigation, seasonal themes.Collaborate with marketing, product, and performance teams to deliver campaign creatives (launches, sales, bundles).Ensure consistency of brand guidelines across all platforms and categories.Drive A/B tests on visual modules (hero image, layout, before/after, claim order) and iterate based on data.Coordinate with studios/agencies for shoots, retouching, and asset delivery; manage deadlines and quality.Track competitor trends and platform best practices; propose upgrades to visual standards.Maintain organized asset libraries and SKU-wise creative trackers.Must-Have Skills / Experience2–5 years in e-commerce visual merchandising / creative for beauty, fashion, or FMCG.Strong eye for layout, typography, color, and cosmetic aesthetics.Hands-on with Photoshop/Illustrator (or equivalent), basic motion a plus.Clear understanding of e-commerce conversion drivers and marketplace requirements (Amazon/Flipkart/Nykaa/Tira/DTC).Ability to work fast, manage multiple SKUs, and deliver under tight timelines.Good-to-HaveExperience with studio shoot planning and retouching workflows.Familiarity with CRO tools, heatmaps, or marketplace analytics.Basic video/animation skills for short PDP clips or banners.KPIsPDP conversion rate uplift / CTR improvement from listing visuals.On-time delivery of creatives for launches and campaigns.Storefront engagement and sales during key events.Reduction in creative rework through strong QA and SOPs.
