Position: Executive / Sr. Executive - Travel Operations (Inbound / MICE) What We’re Looking For: Minimum 3 years in Inbound or MICE tour operations Expertise in handling individual travel and group movements A flair for travel and a hardworking attitude Strong communication skills in English and Hindi Team player with a smart personality and a passion for delivering excellence Knowledge of travel operations and software (an added advantage) Key Responsibilities: Handle day-to-day activities of tour operations, including bookings, itinerary planning, and logistics coordination Communicate with clients to ensure their comfort and satisfaction throughout their journey Design and execute proposals for tours, group movements, and MICE operations Collaborate with suppliers, including hotels, transport providers, and local guides, to ensure smooth execution of tours Resolve operational challenges proactively and provide on-ground support as needed Stay updated on market trends, travel destinations, and client preferences to deliver personalized experiences Assist in developing and maintaining relationships with key clients and partners Provide timely updates, reports, and feedback to the management team  Location:  New Delhi Qualifications: MBA or MTA preferred; minimum graduation in Tourism or any related field Prior experience in the Tourism industry is essential If you have a passion for travel, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and love working with people, we’d love to hear from you!
