Additionally, the Store Manager will work closely with other departments to ensure alignment on various projects and initiatives. Qualifications Proven experience in Sales Management and Sales Operations Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Proficient in market research and sales data analysis Experience in the furniture industry is a plus
