We specialize in finding undervalued or high-potential properties and performing disciplined investment analysis before acquisition.We are seeking a full-time remote analyst to help source and analyze commercial real estate investment opportunities.⸻Role OverviewThis role focuses on finding and screening potential commercial real estate investments.You will search platforms such as MLS, CoStar, LoopNet, and Crexi to identify properties that may fit our investment criteria. You will then perform initial financial analysis and market research to determine which deals warrant deeper evaluation.This role is best suited for someone who already supports real estate investors or acquisition teams, rather than someone coming from bank credit analysis.⸻Responsibilities• Search listing platforms (MLS, CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi) for potential deals• Maintain a pipeline of investment opportunities• Perform initial underwriting and financial analysis (NOI, cap rate, basic IRR)• Review rent rolls, operating statements, and property details• Conduct market research on submarkets and comparable properties• Prepare short deal summaries highlighting strengths and risks⸻Ideal Candidate• Experience analyzing commercial real estate investments• Familiarity with cap rates, NOI, IRR, and property underwriting• Experience working with real estate investors, acquisitions teams, or investment sales brokers• Strong Excel and research skills• Experience using CoStar, LoopNet, Crexi, or MLS preferred⸻What Success Looks LikeReview 50–100 properties per week and identify 5–10 strong investment opportunities for deeper review.⸻Application ProcessQualified candidates may be asked to complete a short test assignment as part of the interview process.Example test:You will be given a commercial property listing and asked to provide:• Estimated cap rate• Basic financial analysis• Key risks and opportunities• Whether you would recommend pursuing the deal
