Job Description:

Role Summary: We are seeking dynamic and result-oriented Leasing Professionals who will be responsible for identifying potential tenants, managing the end-to-end leasing process, maintaining client relationships, and ensuring optimum occupancy levels across our commercial and retail real estate assets. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition Identify and approach potential tenants for commercial, retail, and office spaces. Build and maintain a strong broker network and corporate client database. Execute local marketing and awareness activities for vacant properties. 2. Site Visits & Client Engagement Schedule and conduct property site visits for prospective tenants. Clearly explain project features, benefits, leasing terms, and commercial value proposition. Act as the face of Shray Projects while engaging with corporate clients, start-ups, retail chains, etc. 3. Lease Negotiation & Documentation Participate in lease negotiations, proposals, and finalization of commercial terms. Coordinate with legal teams for lease deed preparation, registration, and compliance. Ensure timely execution of all documentation and verification procedures. 4. Market Intelligence & Competitor Analysis Conduct regular market research and analyze competitor offerings, pricing, and tenant mix. Provide feedback on rental trends, tenant demands, and occupancy benchmarks. Recommend pricing strategies and tenant categories based on insights. 5. Coordination & Reporting Liaise with internal departments (Legal, Design, Project, CRM) for smooth leasing handovers. Maintain records of leads, prospects, closed deals, and renewals. Submit daily/weekly MIS and leasing status reports to management. 6. Relationship Management Ensure high tenant satisfaction by maintaining consistent follow-ups and post-leasing support. Handle client grievances or queries related to leasing with professionalism. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in commercial leasing or real estate sales. Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Knowledge of leasing documentation, RERA norms, and real estate regulations. Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic data analysis. Must have a professional demeanor and be client-focused.
