We are #hiring for a leading NGO!Job Description:We are looking for a dynamic fundraising professional with relevant experience in CSR fundraising and corporate partnerships within the NGO sector. The role involves driving fundraising initiatives, building strong corporate relationships, and managing end-to-end partnership lifecycles.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute corporate fundraising strategiesBuild and manage a strong pipeline of corporate leadsIdentify new funding opportunities and establish CSR partnershipsConduct needs analysis and propose customized solutions to partnersSupport fund release processes and ensure smooth project initiationTrack project deliverables and ensure timely executionManage client relationships and support renewalsCollaborate with internal teams for effective program deliveryAssist in impact reporting and stakeholder communicationMaintain proper documentation and MIS reportingQualifications:Graduate/Post Graduate (MBA/PGDM preferred)Key Skills & Requirements:Minimum 4 years of experience in CSR fundraising/corporate partnershipsCandidates must be from a fundraising profile (mandatory)Preferably from NGO sector, especially Skill DevelopmentStrong communication and presentation skillsExcellent stakeholder management and relationship-building abilitiesStrong execution and coordination skillsProblem-solving mindset with attention to detailBasic financial understanding of CSR projectsAbility to work in a target-driven environmentProficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools Experience: 4–6 years in corporate fundraising/CSR partnershipsIndustry Preference: NGO sector (Skill Development preferred)Reporting To: National HeadSend your CV to:
