Overview The Vedica Scholars Programme for Women is an 18-month full-time, residential, professional certificate in management practice and leadership with a reimagined multidisciplinary curriculum that has been carefully crafted to the expectations of employers today. The programme is a combination of classroom learning, hands-on work experience, and mentoring and coaching by some of the most inspiring academics and professionals of our time. Responsibilities Scholar Engagement: ● Cultivate an understanding of the scholars profile, interests and aspirations. ● Drive the mentorship preparation program for the cohort. ● Facilitate the post-mentorship assessment and grading. Industry Engagement: ● Curate the mentorship program from start to finish. ● Engage with industry mentors for feedback. ● Drive industry outreach for placements, to tap existing and new companies.  ● Understand, document and handhold the company-specific empanelment process. ● Plan and organize placement drives, including logistics, as per the defined process, while ensuring least inference with academic schedules. Vendor Engagement: ● Develop a pool of assessment vendors, basis need. ● Regularly interact with assessment vendors to set and refine processes, assessments, metrics and feedback mechanisms. Stakeholder Engagement: ● Expand the database of potential recruiters through active networking. ● Foster and maintain employer relationships, acting as a liaison for industry partners and potential employers. ● Closely work with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and timely execution of tasks via discussions, calendar management etc. Eligibility We are looking for someone who is quick to learn and has excellent written and verbal communication skills; enjoys working with people and can wear multiple hats; and has sufficient working knowledge of excel/google sheets. A graduation degree is necessary.
