This is your chance to become the face and voice of Plan India to some of our most valued donors — making sure every contribution creates a lasting impact.What You’ll DoConnect & Engage:Reach out to donors via calls, emails, and in-person meetings to showcase Plan India’s impact stories in an engaging and inspiring way. Build Relationships:Retain and strengthen relationships with donors contributing between INR 35,000 to INR 100,000. Grow the Donor Base:Proactively identify, cultivate, and secure high-value, long-term relationships with new individual supporters. Upgrade & Reactivate:Convert, retain, and upgrade existing donors — helping them move up the donor pyramid. Collaborate & Create:Partner with internal teams to plan creative donor activities and impactful communications.Who We’re Looking ForEducation:Fresher Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA from any recognised university. ️Communication Pro:Excellent English communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport easily. ⏱️Performance-Oriented:Thrive under deadlines and deliver exceptional results. Driven & Inspiring:A high-energy individual passionate about Plan India’s mission.
