We distribute films and vertical series from creators worldwide with the best revenue share in the industry, and we produce original vertical series out of our studio in Delhi. Small team. Big ambitions.We're looking for someone who treats every rupee of ad spend like it's their own money.You'll work directly with the founder (ex-Amazon, ran a Sequoia-backed startup for 9 years). That means real autonomy, real expectations, and no layers of nonsense between you and the work.Responsibilities:Own paid performance end-to-end — strategy, execution, optimisation across Meta, Google, YouTube, and whatever channel works nextScale subscriber acquisition and app installs across India and the US while keeping CAC tightRun structured experiments — creatives, audiences, formats, funnels — and kill what doesn't work fastTurn performance data into decisions, not dashboardsWork with our tech and creative teams to make sure the full funnel actually convertsStay ahead of platform changes, algorithm shifts, and tracking headaches, so we're never caught off guardWhat you should bring:3-5 years running paid performance with real budgets — you've scaled campaigns, not just managed themThink through both organic and inorganic funnels - all things conversion.Hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and MMPs like AppsFlyer or AdjustYou understand India and US digital landscapes — not just the playbook, but the nuancesComfortable with CAPI, eventing pixel implementation, deep links etc.Data-driven by default — you interpret analytics, you don't just report them
