At A3 Mediacom, data fuels creativity, which drives performance and powers sustainable growth.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Gurugram for a Performance Marketing Lead - Google Ads Specialist. Responsibilities include monitoring and optimizing Google Ads campaigns to achieve key performance metrics, conducting data analysis to inform strategies, and implementing performance testing. The role entails managing budgets, designing performance-driven marketing strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance customer acquisition and ROI. You will also generate actionable insights to enhance campaign outcomes and deliver measurable results.QualificationsWhat You’ll Do:• Manage and scale campaigns across Google Ads (Search, YouTube, Demand Gen, Performance Max)• Optimize for real metrics: CPA, ROAS, conversions• Build keyword strategies, audience segments, and full-funnel campaigns• Work closely with the creative team on ad copies, hooks & video strategy• Track performance via GA4, GTM & conversion tracking• Identify scaling opportunities and drive growth for D2C brandsWhat We’re Looking For:• 2–5 years of hands-on Google Ads experience• Strong understanding Google Ads ops & Strategy• Data-driven mindset with a bias for action• Experience with D2C / eCommerce brands is a big plusWhy Join Us?• Work with fast-growing D2C brands• High ownership, zero micromanagement• Performance-first culture (we care about results)• Opportunity to scale accounts to ₹1Cr+/month spends
