Headquartered in New Delhi, we offer organizations a single point of contact with the agility and responsiveness commonly found in smaller firms.Job Title:Marketing & Lead Generation Executive (B2B Enterprise IT)Role Objective:•Drive qualified lead generation through campaigns and events.•Enable CIO-level sales conversations.•Focus on pipeline creation rather than branding.Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation:•Execute targeted campaigns to generate CIO / IT Head level leads.•Build and manage target account and contact databases.Events & Field Marketing (Critical):•Plan and execute lead-focused events such as CIO roundtables, webinars, OEM workshops, and partner events.•Own end-to-end execution including audience targeting, invitations, coordination, and follow-ups.•Ensure conversion from event to meetings to pipeline.Email Marketing & Lead Nurturing:•Run targeted email campaigns.•Design and execution lead to nurturing journeys.•Track open rate, response rate, and conversionsLinkedIn & Outreach:•Drive engagement and outreach through LinkedIn.•Create or coordinate problem-led, solution-driven content Sales Alignment:•Work closely with Sales Development Representative team to ensure lead quality and improve conversion to meetings.Campaign Tracking & Optimization:•Track leads generated, event ROI, conversion to meetings, and pipeline contribution.•Continuously optimized campaigns based on performance insights.Requirements:•2–6 years of experience in B2B lead generation or event-driven marketing.•Experience in events, webinars, and roundtables (mandatory).•Preferred experience in IT / Cloud / Enterprise marketing.•Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, etc.) LinkedIn led generation.•Good understanding of the B2B sales funnel.Success Metrics:•Number of qualified leads generated.•Event-driven leads and conversion rates.•Conversion of leads to meetings.•Contribution to sales pipeline. Note:•Performance is not measured on likes or impressions.•This is an execution-driven, event-led lead generation role.
