Role Description This is a full-time on-site opportunity based in New Delhi for a Performance Marketer Intern. The intern will be tasked with developing and executing paid media campaigns, conducting SEO/SEM analysis, managing social media advertising, and tracking campaign metrics. Responsibilities also include optimizing performance through A/B testing, coordinating creative content development with the team, and utilizing analytics to deliver actionable insights and recommendations for improving campaign performance. Qualifications Understanding of Digital Advertising, including Paid Media, SEM, and Social Media MarketingProficient in Data Analysis, tracking campaign performance, and using web analytics toolsKnowledge of SEO strategies, keyword research, and website optimizationStrong written communication and creative content collaboration skillsAttention to detail, analytical mindset, and an eagerness to learnCurrently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related fieldFamiliarity with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other advertising platforms is a plusPrior experience or certifications in performance marketing are advantageous but not mandatory
