About the RoleWe are seeking a results-driven Influencer Marketing Associate to lead and execute influencer campaigns across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong industry connections, a good understanding of content trends, and the ability to manage end-to-end campaigns.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute influencer marketing campaigns aligned with client objectives and brand strategyIdentify and collaborate with relevant influencers across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platformsManage end-to-end campaign execution: outreach, negotiation, briefing, content approvals, and deliveryBuild and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent managers, and agenciesNegotiate pricing, contracts, and deliverables to ensure cost-effective campaignsTrack campaign performance (reach, engagement, conversions) and generate detailed reports with insightsCoordinate with internal teams (creative, content, and client servicing) for smooth executionStay updated on influencer trends, viral content formats, and platform algorithm changesRequirements2–3 years of hands-on experience in influencer marketing or digital marketing (preferably in an agency)Strong network of influencers and talent agencies is a plusExcellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skillsAbility to manage multiple campaigns and meet tight deadlinesProficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic analytics toolsUnderstanding of campaign metrics, ROI, and reporting
