We work on structured testing, strong creatives, and profitable growth models.Role OverviewWe are looking for a Meta Ads Executive who is at the early stage of their performance marketing career and wants hands-on experience working with real brand budgets under senior guidance.This is a learning-focused but performance-driven role.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in setting up and managing Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)Support campaign structuring (ABO/CBO basics)Work with audience research and targeting setupsCoordinate with creative team for ad executionMonitor campaign performance and report key metricsAssist in basic optimization and testing tasksRequirements Basic hands-on experience with Meta AdsClear understanding of campaign setup fundamentalsFamiliarity with Ads Manager interfaceStrong willingness to learn performance marketingGood analytical and execution mindsetTraining & GrowthStructured training under senior media buyersExposure to full-funnel strategyPractical learning in creative testing & scalingGrowth opportunity into Media Buyer role
