Digital Business Manager (Strategy + Performance Lead) Location: Delhi Experience Required: 3–4 years (Agency background mandatory) Role Overview We are looking for a Digital Business Manager who comes from a strong digital marketing or agency background, with hands-on experience in both strategy development and execution. This is a high-responsibility role, where the individual will work closely with leadership to define how brands grow—through performance marketing, SEO, and ROI-driven campaigns. The ideal candidate is someone who understands how to build campaigns end-to-end, from planning and targeting to execution and optimization, while constantly aligning efforts with measurable business outcomes. Key Responsibilities The Business Manager will play a critical role in shaping the performance engine of the team: Collaborate closely with Prachi to develop marketing strategies across multiple brands Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as: Google Ads LinkedIn Ads Take ownership of SEO strategy, including planning, execution, and optimization Hire, train, and guide the SEO Executive, ensuring proper implementation of strategies Build structured campaign funnels aligned with lead generation and ROI goals Continuously analyze campaign performance and optimize based on insights Explore and implement new tools, platforms, and marketing innovations Align marketing outputs with business outcomes, sales, and revenue goals Expectations Strong ability to balance strategic thinking with execution capability Deep understanding of performance marketing and SEO ecosystems Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and take decisions Awareness of latest tools, trends, and automation platforms Proactive in suggesting new ideas, campaigns, and growth opportunities KPIs ROI on campaigns (Cost per lead, conversions, efficiency) SEO growth (organic traffic, keyword rankings, visibility) Campaign performance improvement (month-on-month optimization) Implementation of new tools and innovative strategies Effectiveness in training and managing SEO execution
