We are looking for a hands-on Meta Ads & SEO professional who can own our entire digital acquisition pipeline — from ranking our pages organically to running and optimizing paid campaigns across Google and Meta.This is not a siloed role. In the early stage, you will also contribute to product research, competitor analysis, and market positioning work before and during product launches. If you enjoy wearing multiple hats, learning fast, and producing measurable results, this is the role for you.What you will ownEnd-to-end SEO — technical audits, on-page optimization, link building, content strategy, and trackingGoogle Ads — Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max campaign setup and optimizationMeta Ads — campaign strategy, audience building, creative briefs, A/B testing, and ROAS optimizationProduct research — market demand analysis, keyword gap analysis, competitor benchmarking, and category sizing ahead of product launchesAnalytics reporting — weekly dashboards covering traffic, CTR, CPC, conversions, and organic rankingsAI tool adoption — proactively use AI tools to speed up content, research, and campaign workInternational client communication — writing and presenting reports in clear, professional EnglishWho we are looking forMinimum 1 year of hands-on experience in SEO and/or paid ads (Google or Meta)Demonstrated results — you can show us numbers: rankings improved, ROAS achieved, leads generatedStrong written and spoken English — mandatory for international client-facing workComfortable with tools: Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Ahrefs/SEMrush/UbersuggestFamiliar with AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, etc.) and actively uses them in daily workflowSelf-starter who takes ownership without being micromanagedWilling to learn and work across functions during the early stage of company growth
