The selected candidate will develop, implement, and optimize performance-based marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing campaign performance metrics, optimizing ROAS, managing ad budgets, identifying target audiences, and collaborating with creative and marketing teams to drive traffic and maximize conversions. The role also involves staying updated with digital marketing trends and leveraging tools and technologies for campaign success.QualificationsExpertise in Performance Marketing, including PPC campaigns, display advertising, and retargeting strategiesProficiency in Data Analytics and tools such as Google Analytics, Excel, or other reporting toolsSkill in Campaign Optimization, A/B Testing, and using platforms like Google Ads and Meta AdsExcellent knowledge of Social Media Advertising, Paid Search Strategies, and Digital Ad PlatformsStrong Communication and Collaboration skills to work effectively across teams and with stakeholdersExperience with Budget Management and a results-driven approachPrevious experience in beauty, wellness, or FMCG industries is MUST.
