The idealcandidate has hands-on experience managing high budgets and building targeted customerjourneys to maximize LTV.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance MarketingPlan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across channels such as Google, Meta, and other digital platformsManage and scale monthly ad budgets up to ₹1 crore with strong ROI focusContinuously monitor performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversions) and optimize campaignsRun A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and landing pages to improve efficiencyCollaborate with creative and product teams to improve campaign performanceRetention & CRMOwn CRM strategy across channels like Email, SMS, WhatsApp, and push notificationsDesign and implement automated user journeys (onboarding, activation, reactivation, churn prevention)Segment users effectively based on behavior, lifecycle stage, and engagementWork with CRM tools (e.g., MoEngage, WebEngage, CleverTap, HubSpot, etc.) to execute campaignsAnalyze retention metrics and optimize for repeat purchases and customer lifetime value (LTV)Key Requirements4–5 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or D2C brandsProven experience managing large-scale ad budgets (~₹1 crore/month)Strong understanding of paid media platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation toolsAbility to build user journeys, funnels, and lifecycle campaignsStrong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similarUnderstanding of attribution models and cohort analysis is a plusWhy Join UsFast-moving team where ideas go live, not just into decksCreative freedom across formatsDirect impact on growth & revenueA culture that rewards experimentation & ownership
