Performance Marketing Manager (Ecommerce / D2C)Location: NSP, Pitampura (On-site) Experience: 3–6 Years Industry Preference: D2C / Ecommerce / MarketplaceAbout the RoleWe are looking for a highly result-driven Performance Marketing Manager who has hands-on experience in scaling sales for Shopify-based ecommerce brands. The ideal candidate should be deeply skilled in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and conversion-focused strategies, with a strong understanding of D2C growth.Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across:Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, YouTube)Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)Drive revenue growth and ROAS for Shopify storeScale campaigns profitably while maintaining CAC targetsManage full funnel marketing (awareness → conversion → retention)Work with tools like KwikEngage, Shopify analytics, and tracking systemsImplement and monitor conversion tracking, pixels, and attribution modelsContinuously test creatives, audiences, landing pages, and funnelsAnalyze data and generate actionable insights to improve performanceCollaborate with creative and content teams for high-converting ad creativesStay updated with latest trends, algorithm changes, and growth hacksRequired Skills & QualificationsStrong hands-on experience in Google Ads & Meta AdsProven track record of scaling Shopify ecommerce salesExperience working with D2C brands or marketplacesDeep understanding of:Performance marketing metrics (ROAS, CAC, LTV, CTR, CPA)Audience targeting, retargeting, and funnel optimizationExperience with tools like:KwikEngageShopify backend & analyticsGoogle Analytics / GA4Ability to manage high budgets and deliver consistent ROIStrong analytical mindset and data-driven decision makingWhat We’re Looking ForSomeone who is obsessed with numbers & growthCan own revenue targets, not just run adsProactive, experimental, and performance-focusedHas experience scaling brands from ₹X to ₹X+ revenue/month (preferred)Bonus PointsExperience in supplement / health & fitness categoryKnowledge of CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization)Experience with email/SMS marketing flows
