About the Position We are currently looking for a Paid Search Specialist to support the execution and ongoing management of paid search programs across multiple accounts. This position focuses on structured implementation, data review, and responsible budget management within established campaign frameworks. The successful candidate will be comfortable working inside Google Ads and similar platforms, maintaining organized account structures and applying consistent optimization practices. Key Responsibilities Build and manage paid search campaigns across Google Ads Conduct keyword research and map search intent to campaign structure Monitor performance indicators such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and conversion rate Adjust bids and budgets based on performance data and pacing requirements Maintain clean account organization, including ad group segmentation and negative keyword management Support tracking accuracy using analytics tools and conversion setup validation Prepare regular performance summaries with clear, actionable observations Professional Background 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid search campaigns Working knowledge of account structure best practices and match type logic Experience with performance reporting and data interpretation Familiarity with Google Analytics or equivalent tracking tools Ability to manage budgets with discipline and attention to detail Strong written communication skills in English Working Arrangement Full-time opportunity Remote or hybrid flexibility depending on location Compensation aligned with experience and responsibility level If you have practical experience in paid search management and value structured, data-informed execution, we encourage you to apply via LinkedIn.
