Job Details Location: South Delhi, New Delhi Work Schedule: 6 days a week Role Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Product Marketing Associate to support our customer engagement and retention initiatives. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM tools, strong copy writing skills, proven ability to manage campaign calendar and scheduling, and the ability to analyze campaign performance data to drive actionable insights. Key Responsibilities Develop clear, compelling, and conversion-focused marketing copies for push notifications, in-app messages, SMS, whatsapp channels. Plan, create, and execute customer engagement campaigns using platforms such as CleverTap Manage campaign segmentation, targeting, and scheduling. Download and analyze campaign reports to track and improve performance metrics. Coordinate with Product, Growth, and Marketing teams to improve user engagement and retention strategies. Requirements 1-2 years of experience with tools like Clevertap, Webengage & Moengage (mandatory) Strong written communication and copywriting skills. (non-negotiable) Basic analytical skills with the ability to interpret marketing data. Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Strong work ethic and accountability for own actions Good to have Copywriting for a business outcome (CRM, SEO, google ads) SQL
