Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive (Meta Ads Experience Required) Company: Flashreach Digital Solutions LLP Location: Shahpur Jat, Hauz Khas, New Delhi Job Type: Full Time (Hybrid for Wednesdays) About the Role We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who has a strong creative-first mindset and an interest in data-driven decision making . This role is ideal for candidates who have completed a relevant course or worked on live projects and are looking to build a long-term career in performance marketing. Experience 1–3 years of experience Freshers with relevant courses, certifications, or hands-on projects are welcome Key Responsibilities Assist in planning, executing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns (primarily Meta & Google Ads) Understand and track key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, conversions, etc. Analyze campaign data and extract actionable insights Support creative testing by understanding ad hooks, angles, formats, and performance trends Work with Excel for reporting, data analysis, and performance tracking Collaborate with the team on campaign strategy, creative iterations, and scaling opportunities Required Skills & Qualifications Strong interest in performance marketing and digital advertising Creative-first approach with the ability to think from a consumer perspective Good analytical and problem-solving skills Basic understanding of performance marketing metrics and funnels Proficiency in Excel (basic to intermediate level) Good communication skills with fluency in spoken and written English Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment Working Hours 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM (Monday to Friday) Compensation Full-time offer of Upto ₹6 LPA* CTC , based on performance Interview Process Round 1: Google Meet Round 2: In-office interview
