Role OverviewAs the Performance Marketing Manager, you will be the primary architect of growth for our brands across India's any of the modern e-commerce channels. You are not just a media buyer; you are a business driver responsible for ensuring efficiency and business delivery. You will lead the strategy, execution, and stakeholder management. Location: Dabur India Ltd, Corporate Office, NCRReports to: Customer Marketing Head of E-commerce Experience: 2-4 years (Ecommerce experience mandatory - Shopper marketing or Retail Marketing or Key account management or performance marketing)Key ResponsibilitiesChannel Strategy & Execution: Own the end-to-end performance strategy & execution for one of the leading business platforms in Ecommerce. Manage budgets effectively to meet Monthly/Quarterly Revenue and key KPIs as directed in priorities.Full-Funnel Management: Align performance marketing spend with brand objectives. You will lead high-impact campaigns during flagship events (e.g., Great Indian Festival, Big Billion Days) while maintaining a /"always-on/" growth engine.Content & Catalog Excellence: Ensure /"Best-in-Class/" Digital Shelf presence. This includes overseeing A+ content, infographics, SEO-optimized titles, and video assets that drive organic lift alongside paid efforts.Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for platform category managers and advertising desks. Negotiate high-visibility slots, early access to new ad tech features, and joint business plans (JBPs).The /"Fail-Fast/" Lab: Lead a high-experimentation culture. You will consistently test new creative hooks, landing pages, and audience segments, scaling what works and quickly pivoting away from what doesn't.Candidate should have previous understanding on how ads and on platform media is executed. They shall be responsible for delivery on key KPIs for brands and regular insights on how growth looks like.
