The role involves planning outreach strategies, overseeing campaign execution, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring consistent delivery of qualified leads to clients.The candidate will work closely with marketing and sales teams to run multi-channel campaigns including LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, and digital lead generation initiatives. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to monitor campaign performance to ensure client goals are achieved.The ideal candidate should be comfortable managing multiple campaigns simultaneously and working in a fast-paced marketing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee lead generation campaigns for client accountsCoordinate with internal teams to execute LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and prospecting activitiesMonitor campaign performance and ensure lead targets and quality benchmarks are achievedTrack campaign metrics and prepare performance reports for internal teams and clientsOptimize outreach messaging, targeting strategies, and campaign workflowsMaintain accurate records of prospects and campaign activities in CRM toolsEnsure timely execution of campaigns and resolve operational challengesContinuously identify opportunities to improve lead generation processesQualifications1–3 years of experience in lead generation, marketing operations, sales operations, or campaign managementStrong organizational and project coordination skillsGood communication and collaboration abilitiesFamiliarity with LinkedIn prospecting, email outreach tools, or CRM platforms (such as HubSpot or similar)Basic understanding of B2B lead generation and demand generation processesAbility to work in a fast-paced, client-focused environmentBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, BCA, or a related field
